Recruitment - Targets versus professionalism
This is not to say that targets are a bad thing, and in a highly competitive industry there is a place for them, but targets for targets
sake do not make people perform, and do nothing to promote professionalism within the industry.
The recruitment Industry as a whole has changed dramatically, and clients and candidates priorities continue to change. Companies are
more interested in ‘soft skills’ than ever before, and people want to know about companies ethos and social responsibilities. This change
in the recruitment market makes it more essential than ever for people involved in recruitment to be allowed the time to do the job properly
and fully understand the industry they are working in.
